The Journal of Pan-African Entrepreneurship and Economic Renewal (JPAEER) is a biannual peer-reviewed publication that seeks to promote scholarship and thought leadership in the areas of entrepreneurship, innovation, economic diversification, and industrial policy within Africa and beyond.
JPAEER serves as a bridge between academic research and practical enterprise development, encouraging dialogue between academia, government institutions, and private sector actors committed to Africa’s economic transformation.
The journal is particularly interested in applied research that generates actionable insights for job creation, youth empowerment, MSME development, digital transformation, and intra-African trade.

Aims and Objectives
The Journal of Pan-African Entrepreneurship and Economic Renewal (JPAEER) aims to:
- Promote rigorous and innovative research that enhances entrepreneurship and economic development across Africa.
- Foster Pan-African collaboration among scholars, policymakers, and private sector leaders.
- Provide a forum for sharing best practices, case studies, and indigenous business models suited to African contexts.

- Support the realization of the African Union’s Agenda 2063 and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure).
2. Guidelines for Author(s)
JPAEER welcomes submissions of original research papers, conceptual analyses, reviews, book essays, and case studies that align with its focus and scope.
Manuscript Preparation:
- Language: English
- File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
- Length: 4,000–8,000 words (excluding references)
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, double-spaced
- Reference Style: APA 7th Edition
Structure:
- Title Page (with author names, affiliations, and correspondence)

All manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
Each submission undergoes a double-blind peer review process to ensure academic quality, originality, and relevance.

Authors can submit manuscripts through the JPAEER online submission portal or by email.
