About the Journal
The Global Journal of Science, Policy and Sustainable Development (GJSP-SD) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access publication that serves as a bridge between scientific discovery, policy analysis, and sustainable practice.
The journal focuses on multidisciplinary research that informs policies, strategies, and programs fostering sustainability at global, regional, and local levels.
GJSP-SD seeks to foster critical dialogue among scientists, policymakers, educators, and development practitioners, encouraging a shared understanding of how scientific insights can shape effective and inclusive development outcomes.
Scope of the Journal
GJSP-SD welcomes research and policy papers in the following (but not limited to) thematic areas:
- Science, technology, and innovation for sustainable development

- Governance, institutions, and sustainability policy frameworks
- Urbanization, smart cities, and resilient infrastructure

Aims and Objectives
The Global Journal of Science, Policy and Sustainable Development (GJSP-SD) aims to:
- Foster interdisciplinary research that strengthens the link between science, governance, and sustainability.
- Disseminate innovative, evidence-based solutions that inform global and local policy development.
- Promote academic and policy discourse that advances the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
- Encourage collaboration between academia, governments, NGOs, and the private sector.

2. Guidelines for Author(s)
Authors are invited to submit original research articles, review papers, short communications, and policy analyses relevant to the journal’s scope.
Manuscripts must be prepared in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format, double-spaced, and written in English.
Manuscript Structure:
- Title Page (with author information and affiliations)
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- Keywords (4–6 keywords)
- Introduction
- Materials and Methods / Theoretical Framework
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion and Policy Implications
- References (APA 7th Edition format)
All submissions must be original and not under review elsewhere. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and screened through reliable plagiarism detection software.
3. Submissions
All manuscripts should be submitted via the online submission portal.
Authors are required to register on the website before submitting. Once registered, they can upload their manuscripts, track progress, and receive notifications during the peer-review process.
Each paper undergoes a double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers. The editorial team ensures prompt and fair evaluation within 6–8 weeks of submission.

They will not be made available for any other purpose or shared with any other organization without the explicit consent of the author or user.
